Our client is a market-leading firm in the North East, which has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join its highly regarded Real Estate team.
You will ideally have between 4-8 years PQE and be an ambitious individual with a real passion for real estate law. Experience of working within the healthcare sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
The role will involve a mix of work across both the private and public sector, handling a varied caseload including, but not limited to, sales, acquisitions and secured lending work as well as landlord and tenant matters and corporate relocations.
