Our client is a highly reputable Legal 100 market leading firm, which now seeks a Real Estate Lawyer to join its team within the Newcastle area.
The firm’s Real Estate team provides a comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of commercial property for both the public and private sector where it has also been involved in multi-million-pound projects.
Your role will involve a broad range of high-quality real estate matters from advising on high value acquisitions and disposals, regeneration projects and property investment across various sectors, both private and public. You will also be responsible for providing corporate support assistance and more specifically energy and infrastructure work.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained real estate experience in a large commercial firm. You will also be commercially minded as well as technically excellent and have a solid client focused approach where you enjoy business development opportunities.
Lawyers with more than 5 years’ PQE are also encouraged to apply.
