In-House Commercial Property Lawyer - Global Health & Wellbeing Retailer - 1-4 PQE - West Midlands (Hybrid Working)

One of the most high profile and successful health & wellbeing retailers on the high street are looking for a 1-4 PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join their global business.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property, you will have the opportunity to develop your skill-set and career by playing a key role in advising the business on:

· Reviewing and negotiating leases and Advising on Landlord and Tenant matters;
· Acquisitions and disposals;
· Drafting and serving break notices and section 27 notices;
· Licences;
· Variations; and
· Property Litigation

This role will be suitable for a lawyer experienced in a wide variety of core commercial property matters, particularly on the Landlord and Tenant side, as the business has a huge property portfolio. Exposure to the early stages of property litigation would also be beneficial.

You should be able to work autonomously, be a self-starter, have the ability to prioritise a busy workload, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The package is made up of the base salary, a potential 10% annual bonus, pension, life insurance, private medical and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
