The role
The team covers the life-cycle of employment; from recruitment (including working with recruitment agencies), contracts, retention, absence, performance, rewards, change, holiday pay, immigration, redundancy, TUPE, tribunals, disputes, disciplinary action, dismissal and discrimination.
The team also advise on the full spectrum of employment matters for employees, including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, settlement agreements, redundancy, discrimination and all disciplinary and grievance issues.
The candidate
Employment Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE
Demonstrate good judgement and a good legal and commercial understanding of client’s particular needs.
