Counter Fraud Technical Lead Solicitor

A growing law firm is looking for an experienced fraud solicitor to join their team. This role can be based in either Bristol or Bromley.


THE ROLE

The firm are looking for a solicitor specialising in Counter Fraud who will help build and lead a brand-new team to provide specialist legal services in this niche practice area. The department will grow in size and scope over a planned timeframe, and it will begin with defending low velocity impact matters. You will manage a caseload of litigated cases and as the department grows further, you will become responsible for a team of case handlers, helping them to proactively handle a range of fraud related matters according to SLAs. You will also liaise with clients on a daily basis.

Salary and benefits on offer for the role are great, and the firm offers a hybrid working model for this role meaning that you would work from the office 2 days per week and from home 3 days per week.
