Experienced commercial lawyer role working in-house at one of the Big 4 global accountancy practices in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the established and highly regarded UK Legal team as part of their strategic growth plan.
The role will be varied and encompass all aspects of day to day commercial contracts including; supply agreements, framework agreements, negotiating client terms and business, global contracts, master service agreements, data protection, IP and confidentiality agreements. There will also be the opportunity to work on more high risk and complex projects and innovative products driven by new technology solutions.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least five years' experience working in a commercial contracts role with a reputable international/national firm or in-house and will be technically excellent, have a proven ability to establish a high degree of trust and respect with clients/stakeholders and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
