Commercial Property Paralegal, Cambridge – An opportunity has arisen to join a Legal 500 practice as a Commercial Property Paralegal in their thriving real estate team. 

JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
LOCATION: Cambridge

THE ROLE:
Joining a well-established and respected commercial property team, you can expect to assist the team on the full range of commercial property and business matters to include advising developers, handling plot sales and a wide range of landlord and tenant issues. You will also prepare and assist on land acquisition and disposal, commercial property finance and property investment. Within this role you will gain support from other highly expert members of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will have relevant experience in dealing with all types of commercial property matters and will be comfortable on dealing with a demanding caseload surrounding these matters. You will be adaptable, with the ability to implement your knowledge across a wide range of matters and will have excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate between colleagues and clients. You will also be personable, organised and planned in order to provide a first-class legal service in a time efficient manner.
