This leading international law firm with an outstanding corporate practice is actively seeking a mid-senior level transactional lawyer in the 5-8 PQE range.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience, preferably gained in a leading international law firm. Strong M&A experience is essential for this role, whereas regional experience and Arabic language capabilities, whilst preferred, are not mandatory.
