The Role

The firm are looking for Employment Associate to join their busy city centre department in Manchester.

The department is headed up by a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Partner, who is at the top of their game.

The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work.

The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work.

There are excellent prospects here for progression with the continued growth of this department and the firm.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• You should have a strong background in respondent work
• Experience in Corporate Immigration matters would be beneficial
• A meticulous eye for detail
• You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
