This is an exciting opportunity for an Commercial Law Solicitor to join a Top 50 law firm in their Manchester office as an associate or senior associate.
Role Overview
This Top 50 law works with a wide range of clients both private and public. They are looking for a Commercial solicitor to manage their own caseload and support clients on all matters relating to commercial law, including drafting, negotiating and advising upon the risks connected with agreements in both the private and public sector.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a Commercial Law Solicitor who can demonstrate
- 3-7 years PQE with a good grounding in commercial law
- Strong experience of commercial work in particular drafting and negotiating supply, services, consultancy, agency, franchising, outsourcing and general commercial contracts and advising on how to manage associated risks
- Experience of data protection drafting and advice and ideally experience of intellectual property and/or competition law advice
- High level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills
