Company & Commercial Property Locum

Urgent requirement for an experienced commercial solicitor to provide locum cover for a highly regarded Surrey based firm.

Commencing immediately this role is providing sickness cover and is for a minimum of 6 weeks with the potential for longer. 

The caseload consists of a mix of general company matters along with commercial property. Matters include:

- Company refinances

- Company sales

- Asset purchase agreements,

- Warranties

- Disclosures

- Sales and purchases of commercial properties

- Landlord and tenant matters

- Leases

Experience in residential conveyancing isn't essential but advantageous.

The firm has free, office based parking as well as being close to excellent transport links. Secretarial support and excellent quality work are on offer for the right candidate.
