Senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor
London | £80,000 to £120,000
A leading, well-established Legal 500 firm is currently looking for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join its busy and highly regarded Corporate and Commercial Team. Working out of the firm’s London office, the new Solicitor will join on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
These responsibilities fall under the remit of the Senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor:
- Handling a variety of corporate and commercial work.
- Working directly with the Corporate and Commercial Partner – a Legal 500 Solicitor – with support from the team.
About You
To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
- At least 8 years’ PQE, with extensive experience of corporate and commercial work.
- Confident handling a caseload autonomously.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding client care skills.
The Offer
The successful Corporate and Commercial Solicitor will receive a salary in the region of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. They will also receive a competitive benefits package.
