As a residential property solicitor, you will

  • Complete sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties
  • Complete sales and purchases of large 50+ room HMOs and whole blocks of flats
  • Build excellent relationships with clients from nervous first-time buyers to veteran multi-million-pound investors
  • Gain a following from referrals based upon your excellent service

You will be a residential property solicitor of 5+ PQE with

  • Excellent referral numbers that mirror the firm’s 80%+ referral rate
  • First class customer care abilities
  • A focused and detailed approach to work
