In-House Legal Counsel required to handle a broad range of Commercial Contracts, Data Protection and Anti-Bribery matters for an international household name. The opportunity offers excellent remote working with ad hoc travel to the Milton Keynes region, plus a competitive salary and package.
Candidate specification:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Be from an In-House background, with exposure to commercial contracts and Data Protection.
- You will have a strong academic background with first rate professional training
- Be an excellent communicator with first class negotiation and people skills
- Have the ability to work in a busy and fast-moving environment
The role will be supporting on all legal matters including:
- Commercial Contracts
- Data Protection
- Anti-Bribery
- Trademarks
- Intellectual Property
Base salary up to £70,000 per annum, bonus, company car, pension and private medical.
