A highly regarded South West based firm are seeking an NQ-4 PQE Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their successful Banking team in the heart of Bristol city centre.

Within the Banking team you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of finance matters, acting for both lenders and corporate borrowers. The firm has a leading Banking and Finance practice, acting for clearing banks, private banks, alternative credit providers, government agencies and corporate borrowers on a range of finance work, including acquisition finance, real estate investment and development finance, general refinancings and restructurings, and invoice discounting.

This is a great opportunity for a junior solicitor to kick start their career with one of the leading firms in the South West.

Role and requirements:

· This role will suit a NQ-4 solicitor with an interest in the banking sector
· Seats in either banking or corporate completed during training contract
· You will run a significant caseload for key financial services clients
· You will also assist senior solicitors, associates and legal directors on larger cases
· You will also asses and progress a varied litigation caseload from banks and mortgage lenders
· An interest/knowledge of general commercial litigation would be beneficial but us not essential
· A great academic and professional background
