A highly respected and well-established law firm is looking for a solicitor or legal executive to join their clinical negligence team, based in Warwickshire.
THE ROLE
The role involves working alongside the existing Claimant Personal Injury team and managing your own caseload, which will include litigated matters. There will be an element of travelling to meet clients and to attend Court hearings. You will liaise with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals to assist with each claim. You will prepare and draft documents, briefs, instructions and schedules. You will value claims and deal with settlement negotiations.
ABOUT YOU
- You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You will have experience of working in a target driven environment
- You will have a proven track record of dealing with high value claims
- You will be knowledgeable regarding Conditional Fee Agreements.
- You will have experience of dealing with pre-litigated and litigated claims
- You will have knowledge of the MOJ portal
