A corporate solicitor is offered the opportunity to join the Bristol offices of a highly ranked national legal practice. The corporate team at this top tier practice have an excellent reputation throughout the UK. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a national practice taking on complex, interesting and highly valuable work for a stellar client base.

This is a fantastic corporate team who provide a supportive and flexible working environment whilst still undertaking excellent quality work. The successful corporate solicitor can expect to be involved in a range of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and joint ventures. You will act for large SMEs, national and international businesses. The firm are known to be an excellent employer, who do their best to promote employee welfare.

Applications are sought from newly qualified solicitors (with at least a single corporate training seat gained with a reputable national practice) through to more senior applicants with up to 6 years PQE. Candidates will ideally have broad exposure and be able to handle some matters autonomously.
