Our client is a leading regional practice and is well known for its large, dynamic, and forward-thinking conveyancing department. They are now seeking a residential conveyancer from around 1 – 4 years’ experience to join them!
This firm is friendly, open, and quick to champion its people for upward progression! They are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their office in Altrincham.
You will join a large team that uses a very effective case management system. You will have the support of a conveyancing assistant, but you must be able to handle you own caseload of conveyancing matters.
The team has a new business department who conduct the initial file set up along with a post completion team which will enable you to focus on the main part of the transaction.
To be considered you must be a modern conveyancer, able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to cope under pressure working to tight deadlines.
In return the firm offers regular salary reviews along with progression into team management.
