THE FIRM

- One of the leading commercial disputes team in the North East
- Covering a broad range of disputes from contract disputes, property litigation, construction litigation and professional negligence
THE ROLE
- The team are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigator
- You will have a varied range of experience in commercial disputes
- You will ideally have previous experience handling a mix or some of the following: contract disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, construction litigation, professional negligence etc.
- You will have your own caseload of disputes, as well as be involved in larger scale matters with more senior members of the team
THE REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial litigation, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered on their merits
- You will have varied disputes experience and have previously handled your own caseload of litigation matters
