A UK qualified commercial contracts solicitor is sought to work as In-House Counsel for a highly regarded, international law firm.
The role reports to a senior member of the small team, and will be largely remote, with occasional travel to London. The position is to support the firm in its activities and will focus upon providing advice on a range of matters including corporate, commercial, regulatory, data protection and dispute resolution, as well as assisting with corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
The ideal candidate will be a strong commercial contracts solicitor with experience gained either in private practice or in-house and who is able to bring with them solid drafting and negotiation skills.
