The role of Senior Corporate Counsel will take no a wide range of work that will include:
- Corporate M/A transactional support.
- General Commercial Transactional and Advisory support.
- Corporate Governance and Compliance
Profile
Suitable candidates for the role will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualified solicitor in the UK/Relevant Jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in Corporate Transactional work as well as advising on Corporate Structural Compliance/Governance.
- Experience of operating in-house would be beneficial.
