The Role

In a close-knit and friendly Legal 500 team, you will work with Chambers-ranked Partners in a team that focuses on claimant and defendant Clinical Negligence matters.

Considered the best team in the UK, they have helped recover hundreds of millions of pounds, with an unmatched level of expertise within medical negligence.

As such, your level of exposure will be unique and advantageous to your ongoing career.

Your further progression within the team is structured and immediately apparent, paving the way to develop into a more senior position.

Owing to transferable skills, the firm is keen to speak to those of a mixed PI / Clin neg background, or those from a PI background that show talent and drive in moving to clinical negligence. In this role you will work on catastrophic claims and will advise at inquests.

The leaders of the team will see your development and success as a strategic importance for the team. You will be mentored continually whilst being able to make your work your own in expanding your reputation in the field.


  • 3 PQE + within clinical / medical negligence or a similar background, no ceiling on PQE
