Due to growth, this reputed Legal 150 law firm now requires an additional solicitor at Partner level to join its residential property and plot sales team in Southampton. Specifically, you will act for buyers looking to buy new build properties.
You should ideally have 8+ years' experience in all new-build conveyancing processes, including Help to Buy funding. You will work in this busy and time-critical department managing a caseload as well as supervising junior members of the team. You will act for a variety of clients, including first time buyers and experienced property investors.
This role is available due to team growth.
The role could suit an Associate who wants to make Partnership but doesn't feel it will happen at their current firm, or a Partner looking for a new challenge.
