Systems Accountant

My client is a leading Offshore Law firm who are opening a brand-new office in Southampton, and they are looking for a Systems accountant to join their team.

This position would be suitable for someone who has a strong grasp of It and has extensive knowledge in the operating system 3E.

To act as the lead Finance expert for our PMS and related systems

Principal duties

s * Establish effective finance processes, maximising efficiency

• Maintain data reliability
• Period closure, balancing and data segregation
• Implementation and management of eBilling interfaces
• Aid in delivering induction training and developing training content
• Mass updates along with system upgrades
• Liaising with the software supplier
• Liaising with the IT and HR departments

Key Skills

• Qualified or part qualified accountant
• At least 5 years' experience using Thomson Reuters 3E
• Experience using Intapp suite of products
• Good knowledge of Finance or Legal system
• Systems implementation experience desirable
• Good analytical and financial skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
• Strong IT skills using Excel and SQL
