Your new role

This corporate solicitor role is a hybrid role that will involve a genuine mix of fee earning and management work. In addition to working on a broad diet of M&A work, you will play a strategic role in managing the corporate team nationally. This will include advising on service delivery, client excellence, budgeting, pricing, debt matters, training and development as well as workflow.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an established corporate lawyer operating at Legal Director or Partner level. You will be a technically capable lawyer whilst also possessing good all round management and communication skills.
