Our client, a leading technology company in the aerospace industry now seeks a Head of Ethics and Compliance to advise the company on a global basis.
Reporting to the General Counsel but with direct interaction and access to management, the role will lead a team of 2 full time reports and 3 others in managing all compliance and ethics matters including anti-bribery and corruption, Trade Sanctions, Investigations, Competition and Anti-Trust and Corporate and Social Responsibility across a wide international network.
You will be an experienced compliance professional or lawyer with a number of years experience in a similar role and ideally with some existing management experience or at least the capability to manage a team. You will also have the ability to work effectively at all levels in a matrixed organisation.
