We are working with a client in the technology space looking to bring on board a contracts manager to support the legal team on a 3 month, temporary assignment (inside IR35).
This position is offered on a either a hybrid or fully remote basis and will be primarily responsible for the management of the contracts database, ensuring the smooth progression of contracts and the handling of relevant contracts including novations, variations, trial agreements and NDAs.
This role would suit an immediately available contracts manager with a law degree who is confident at working at all levels within a successful organisation.
