Experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal required for a leading dispute firm in Liverpool

This is a highly specialised commercial dispute and debt recovery firm that are based in the centre of Liverpool. The company are recruiting for an experienced candidate who has spent a minimum of 6 months dealing with commercial disputes, commercial litigation, or commercial debt recovery. The role has been created due to expansion and a vast increase in workload. The company are known as experts in their field and have won numerous awards for their work and offering.

Your new role
As a commercial litigation paralegal, you will assist members of the firm and clients with their day-to-day commercial litigation matters. This will include acting on behalf of insolvency practitioners, SME's and law firms on a range of debt recovery and litigation cases.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have gained some prior experience within commercial litigation, dispute resolution or commercial debt recovery. Ideally, this would be a minimum of 6 months although the firm can be flexible on this. Ideally, you will have completed the LLB and LPC degrees
