Tier One, US / Global law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with experience in Financial Service regulation to join its expanding Regulatory & Enforcement team on a permanent basis.

As part of planned strategic growth, the London office is now seeking to appoint a financial services regulatory lawyer to advise their enviable, household name, client base.
The Team
The UK Financial Services Regulatory team advises on the full range of regulatory matters affecting banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurance companies, fintech firms, financial market infrastructure and other financial services firms. Clients find the regulatory expertise invaluable in a range of challenging and novel transactional contexts, including distressed scenarios and resolution, M&A in the regulated sectors as well as transactions driven by regulatory considerations.
The Candidate
You will have around 2-6 years' relevant post qualification experience, preferably in the London market or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction. The role requires a candidate with diverse skills and broad experience of providing day to day regulatory advice. Excellent experience in managing client relationships and the interpersonal skills to fit into a collegiate team are required for the position. The successful individual will have a strong career history to date, and currently work for a well regarded law firm. A first-class academic record is essential.
