A top tier international law firm located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre with an award winning TMT Team is now seeking a senior solicitor to join its talented Team.
You will be working within one of the best and most experienced TMT Teams where its practice has a strong sector focus, particularly with financial services clients, energy suppliers, retail, public sector, transport, technology suppliers and customers seeking digital solutions and innovation.
Your role will involve a broad range of high quality matters from supporting clients with their digital, technology outsourcing and business change projects to developing and growing relationships with existing clients as well creating opportunities for new clients. This will be across a diverse range of sectors including TMT, IP, Fintech and energy.
The successful candidate will have gained experience in a firm with an established TMT practice or a large commercial practice, and have a solid grounding in non-contentious technology, outsourcing and commercial matters. You will also be technically minded and be able to demonstrate good commercial judgment.
