JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

SALARY: £42,000 + (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This leading team is actively looking to expand their successful and ambitious commercial property team and looking for a junior lawyer to help manage the increasing workload and maintain client service. They are looking for a lawyer with a strong technical background who is confident working on complex commercial property matters and able to provide high levels of client service. You will handle a variety of commercial real estate work including (but not limited to) landlord and tenant work, high value and complex property development, sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property, and secured lending. The team’s clients consist of local but also national clients. They mainly help corporates, owner managed/family businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs employees in a range of sectors including education and healthcare in Hertfordshire and London.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and interest in a career in commercial property law. You will have a can-do, motivated and positive attitude along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
