An award winning UK Law firm is looking to hire a new Executive Analyst to join the growing firm on a permanent basis. This is a data driven role and will support the managing partner and the senior leadership team with in-depth research and analysis which will support and inform the firms strategic plans. The firm offers agile working with team members working a split pattern in the London office and from home and a salary of up to £50,000 is on offer.
Responsibilities will include supporting the leadership team with any activities related to the strategy in action plan, working across multiple locations, staying abreast of macro-economic projections, using data driven insight to understand and identify the impact on sector focuses and client programmes (Key and Growth), through analysis, identifying opportunities for accelerating revenue growth for the firm through the use of an M&A / collaboration/ joint-venture strategy, assisting in formulating data-led predictions and associated decisions as to how we focus our resources and drive the accelerated revenue growth, supporting the creation of a change strategy and driving forward the implementation plan utilising both behavioural and cognitive methods of influencing change, encompassing the consideration of various stakeholders' groups and engagement required and supporting the Executive Board in terms of implementing the three-year strategy.
The successful Executive Analyst needs to be degree educated with a minimum of a 2:1 obtained, experience within an analytical role within a professional services organisation, strong technical, written and communication skills. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a salary of up to £50,000 on offer.
