Restructuring Counsel

This role is working with a rapidly growing independent provider of complex legal issues working on high end restructuring agreements and transactions. The business is rapidly growing and has done so over the last 3 years and as the volume of work increases the business are looking to expand their legal team.

Client Details

The client has been established for 10 years and has worked on a number of high end agreements with well known clients on their restructuring legal matters and general commercial work also. From a cultural standpoint their is a genuine work/life balance and a supportive network of seven lawyers in the legal team.

Description

The responsibilities of the successful restructuring counsel will be to carry out commercial agreements with a focus on reviewing restructuring contracts and working with external counsel to provide a commercial and quality solution for the client.

Profile

The successful restructuring counsel will have a depth of restructuring experience and knowledge from either private practice or an in house background. Further to this, they will be comfortable working with external counsel and collaboratively with the wider legal team.
