Commercial Property Solicitor
Hull
QED Legal are working with a well-established practice in East Yorkshire who are looking for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join them working from their central Hull base.
Ideally you will have 2 years’ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor and will have experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, new leases, licences, and lease assignments.
The firm work across a multitude of sectors and represent a wide range of clients from smaller SME’s and owner managed businesses to large nationals and well-know brands.
The firm is a friendly place to work with approachable Partners who are highly regarded in their areas of practice and are invaluable mentors for junior lawyers to learn from and develop their skills and practice area.
As the firm are progressive and modern they will consider those looking for a hybrid working experience and are open to conversations about how this will work.
