An exciting opportunity has arisen in Derby for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join one of the region’s leading and largest full-service law firms within its well-established and dynamic commercial property departments.
You'll be an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal (ideally with a minimum of 12 months' experience) either working in a legal assistant or paralegal capacity. You'll have handled or heavily assisted on a caseload of commercial property transactions in a reputable department. Your new role will see you working as a paralegal within a fast-paced and modern team. You will be handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and secured lending etc, whilst supporting the wider team as and when necessary.
You'll be fully supported by the wider team and be given every opportunity and tool you need in order to progress long term and develop your career.
