This team's expertise spans all types of technology-related contracts, including outsourcing agreements, software development and licensing, data processing, research and collaboration agreements.
They work on projects of both regional and international significance, including mobile app and internet product launches, national digital wallet schemes and ICT infrastructure rollouts.
Clients include government departments, state-owned entities and private sector organisations in the Middle East. They also advise international clients to navigate legal and regulatory issues in the region.
