As well as investigation and collating evidence, the successful candidate will be required to provide accurate and informative legal advice to clients and where relevant will be involved in negotiating settlements, drafting proceedings and complying with all the requirements of the civil litigation process up to final hearings. This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a well-rounded experience encompassing all elements of the civil litigation process.
To succeed in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
- A good and updated knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules for Personal Injury claims, MOJ Pre Action Protocols, Practice Directions, and relevant statutes / case law.
- A good and updated knowledge of the Judicial College Guidelines for the assessment of general damages (personal injury matters).
- Previous experience of using a case management system.
- Excellent client communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary will be bespoke depending on the successful candidate's level of experience.
