The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with the workload, which may include;
- Drafting commercial leases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acquisitions of land and buildings
- Disposals of commercial and residential property
- Leaseholds
- Public open spaces
This is an unmissable opportunity to take on engaging work and continue your professional development within a welcoming and dynamic team. My Client is open to look at full-time and part-time candidates and will also consider non-qualified Lawyers.
