You may be a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive) frustrated at the lack of route to progression. You may find that your firm’s ambitions do not match your own passion and drive. If so, then this opportunity could be for you.
Not unsurprisingly, our client is a well-established, leading firm in South West England. Due to organic growth, its well-regarded Private Client team is looking for an additional specialist to join the expanding Private Client department at the Exeter head office, or the other offices across East and West Devon.
You will enjoy a varied caseload across a whole range of Private Client matters, including estate and inheritance tax planning, estate administration, trust creation and administration, elderly client services, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work.
If Private Client career advancements and obtaining the STEP qualification is high on your agenda, then this is the role you should be considering. Our client provides full support and commitment to its employees and are serious about internal upward progression.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a real enthusiasm and passion for Private Client work, as well as a hunger for driving your career forward. Previous experience of dealing with high-net-worth individuals, experience of practice management systems and experience of accounts/tax management systems would also be highly advantageous.
