Property Litigation Solicitor 2PQE+ Bristol
Leading regional law firm with a strong London and national presence is seeking to expand their Property Litigation Team.
The team is based in Bristol and acts for mid and large scale clients on a regional and national basis for clients that include, leisure, retail and healthcare, pension funds and investment sectors.
The work undertaken is broad, and related to dilapidation's, business lease renewals, service charge disputes and development disputes and possession actions.
Ideally, you will be a solicitor that has trained and qualified at a regional or City law firm and used to handling a range of property disputes at every stage of the process including advocacy.
