A noteworthy opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor/chartered legal executive in this well-run, collegiate and boutique law firm based in Tiverton, Devon.
The residential conveyancing team has continued to grow organically across its offices, building talent from within its ranks. They are now searching for an additional residential property solicitor or CILEx to join their expanding team of highly skilled and respected lawyers.
In this role you will benefit from a mixed and varied caseload, ranging from but not limited to sales and purchases in freehold, leasehold, and new build properties + remortgage and equity transactions.
This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally have at least 2 years PQE, with a track record of handling your own conveyancing caseload and providing outstanding client care.
On offer with this opportunity is a generous salary (up to £45,000), the freedom to work from home at least once a week and the chance of gaining some top-quality experience with a collegiate team, in a strong and focused environment.
