Corporate Solicitor. BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a leading national firm in Nottingham with its strategic recruitment of an experienced corporate solicitor to join their growing team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious NQ-5 years PQE entrepreneurial corporate solicitor looking for fantastic career progression.

The successful corporate candidate will be joining a top-ranked corporate team and will have the opportunity to work on deals for clients in a range of sectors; from start-ups through to large private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate work encompassing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity joint ventures, fundraising, capital markets and general corporate advisory work.

The ideal candidate will be circa NQ - 5years PQE and will be working in a top tier corporate team at a large regional, city firm and have gained solid corporate experience during this time. You will have good technical skills, be entrepreneurial in your approach, ambitious about pushing forward with your career and business development experience would be an advantage.
