Commercial Solicitor - Manchester
Multi award winning North West firm is recruiting an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join the team in Manchester offering hybrid working.

THE ROLE
Working within the commercial team advising businesses, partnerships, not for profit organisations and charities on all areas of commercial law
You will work alongside a highly experienced and approachable Partner on a wide range of commercial agreements to include;
Supply Agreements, Terms of Business (supply/purchase), Website T & C's, Outsourcing Agreements, IP Licence, Assignment, Joint Research & Development Agreements, Agency Agreements, Distributorship Agreements and Franchising Agreements
REQUIREMENTS
Applications are welcome from candidates 1-5 yrs PQE
Proven experience working within a commercial team with a reputable firm
