- Reports to: Partner / Team Leader
- Previous experience: A minimum of 6-12 months paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury, but the hiring managers are willing to look at candidates from a range of backgrounds and levels of experience including law school leavers with strong academics.
A mix of work across various sectors
The team has key specialisms in advising sector-specific clients in particular areas such as the private and public sector as well as 'third sector'. They also train and host seminars to keep their clients up-to-speed with the latest caselaw and statutory developments in this area.
The EL/PL department advise all manner of leading national insurers on a range of matters from 'volume' litigated EL/PL work to complex injury and large loss. As such, they can offer fantastic, long-term career progression. They are also involved in challenging cross-border matters relating to multiple jurisdictions.
This is a dynamic department handling a varied mix of work for a range of clients from straight forward 'slips and trips' to more complex injury all the way up to high-value large loss claims.
