Catastrophic Injury Solicitor EL/PL - The role is very much a chance to work on complex multi track and catastrophic work so the hiring managers are looking for exceptional candidates who want to get to grips with challenging cases. The department advises a range of insurer, corporate, public sector and third sector clients, so the quality and range of work is second-to-none.

- Reports to: Head of Department
- Previous experience: 0-3 PQE - Either EL/PL or RTA experience; strong academic record with aptitude for complex work. Any catastrophic or large loss experience would be highly advantageous.
Quality, challenging and complex work
This is 'big ticket' litigation work. Previous experience in this area would be ideal, though the hiring managers are equally considering bright applicant who do not necessarily come from a complex personal injury background, but who want to gain experience in this area.
The role is intending to attract candidates looking to forge a career in complex injury work, ranging from complex multi-track cases of say £250,000 to Large Loss / Catastrophic work of £500,000 to £1m+. Ideally, the department is looking for ambitious Associates with, not only the technical ability to add strength to the team, but also the soft skills to build solid relationships built on trust.
