Legal Counsel

My client is a financial services organisation who are looking to hire a permanent in-house legal counsel for their Surrey based offices. They are currently operating on a hybrid model with 3 days WFH and 2 days per week in the office.  

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in regulatory returns and fillings
• Reviewing and updating policies and manuals
• Research on aspects of commercial and employment law
• Assist on NDA’s and DP issues
• Deal with the regulators and advise the business on regulatory issues

Candidates can be UK or foreign qualified, as long as you hold a valid practising certificate.
