Our client, a top US firm, is looking to grow its London private equity team at junior associate level, with the hire of a circa 1PQE Associate. This private equity team, well-established in London and with a market-leading reputation both in London and globally, advises high end clients, including a number of European and US sponsors, on a wide range of private equity transactions and is a “go to” team for both mid-market and large cap, cross-border multi-billion dollar deals. The partners are interested in hearing from bright and ambitious junior, UK qualified, corporate / private equity lawyers who have trained and gained post-qualification experience at either a UK or US firm recognises for the strength of its corporate / private equity practice.
