New vacancy for a Corporate Associate to join this leading firm who are well-known for their expertise in this area and the quality of work on offer. The department is well established, with excellent lawyers at all levels and is expanding.

Their lawyers work on the full spectrum of corporate transactions, from strategic planning through due diligence to post-closing integration. You will develop your expertise in a team that has deep sector knowledge and far-reaching experience in advising global, national and emerging companies, as well as entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses.

You will work on a range of specialisms including M&A, banking, finance and private equity within a wide variety of sectors including automotive, real estate, retail, transport and infrastructure, financial services, insurance and TMT.

Excellent levels of client contact and responsibility is offered from day one and you will be expected to be actively involved in business development events.

Flexibility on offer with hybrid working in place.
