One of the UK's largest housebuilders with an extensive national office network is seeking a property development solicitor for their Northampton team.
The role will see you join an established legal team and deal with the acquisition of sites for development, focusing predominantly on development matters to affordable Housing disposals on a turnkey/golden brick basis, Section 106 Planning Agreement, freehold reversions disposals, site title due diligence and site set ups. The company can offer a generous market rate salary and a package that will include, a car allowance, bonus scheme, pension, healthcare, death in service and enhanced holiday allowance.
