Senior Counsel - Competition and Compliance

A leading global energy company are looking to strengthen the competition and compliance offering of their legal team by hiring a Senior Counsel.

Based in Qatar, the role will focus on anti-trust, competition, trading compliance and market abuse. This role is at the forefront of the company's drive into new areas and is one of the most exciting roles in the Gulf at present.

Qatar itself offers an enviable tax free lifestyle, great transport links and is the venue for global and cultural events including the World Cup.

Applicants must have at least 10 years' PQE as a lawyer with a focus on anti-trust, competition, trading and compliance. Applicants must be qualified as lawyers in the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand or an EU jurisdiction. Experience of Human Rights regulation would be preferred.

Remuneration: £135K tax free
